  • Information is always free

Even if you are not a previous customer and you have no immediate plans for booking a project with us, we are still happy to help you with any questions you have relating to your property. No matter how busy we are, we will always get back to you and help you with whatever queries you have just ask in person, email us, or join our mail list for our blog.

  • Time is precious

Our customers have busy lives. We believe you should trust someone to be where they are meant to be, when they are meant to be there. We will be on site every day when we have agreed to be there. We believe in keeping our customers informed as to when to expect us.

  • We show you exactly what to expect

We will show you what the potential plans for your project will look like in the form of a Computer Aided Design 3D render of your project. We can discuss your ideas and you can always ask for alterations or changes during this stage. All our kitchens and bathrooms are included with this service.

  • Our promises mean something

We prioritise building good relationships with customers and understand that a changing an agreement is far from what builds trust. We watch Grand Designs too, we know how homeowner’s budgets get blown. In building work there is the element of the unknown and it is sometimes difficult to give an exact estimate for a job. We don’t work that way. There is much that is unseen below the surfaces of kitchens and bathrooms. We will always be clear and specify exactly what work which has been estimated is included so you know where you stand. We will itemise these in a pre-work agreement and you keep for your own record. Everything is included in our price excluding the floorboards and structural walls of the room, boiler etc. Excluding the structure of the property we will fix the pre-existing issue included in your package. If there is pre-existing water damage to a substrate, or joist for example, we ask how you wish to proceed, supplying photos to you directly and then detailing the findings in your post-job report. We will go through the contract together and everything is explained in simple terms and our agreement is finalised.

2 - Transparency

  • Your pre-work report

Accompanied with your CAD 3D render and copy of our contract is literature as to what you can expect from the process. Your pre-work documents will detail itemised fittings that you have selected for your project. They will also include all dimensions and measurements down to the millimetre and our processes. In other words, they will show you exactly what to expect.

  • Your post-work report

What is a post-work report? We supply all our customers with a report detailing each stage of your development beginning with demolition of your previous installation, prep work, electrics and first fix plumbing, followed by the installation of your fittings, cabinets and whatever else specific to your project. Then the second fix plumbing and the final finishing stages of the project. The report will be sent to you with accompanying photos and explanations of what exactly our procedures have been and why we have taken certain action. Photos include prep work and what is behind the finished wall and floor. This speaks to our confidence in our abilities and our desire for customer-contractor transparency.

Material technology, methods of practice, as well as building standards have changed over the years. Properties differ in shape, size, materials and methods used. Ingenuity and resourcefulness in moments of problem solving is what makes a professional. We pride ourselves on out-thinking pre-existing obstacles and developing and implementing a successful plan of action. We see our problem solving as one of our main assets.

4 - Respect

  • We love our homes and families too

We will offer yours the same respect as we would our own. We will always keep you informed as to when we will be arriving to your address and who will be coming. 

  • We will always introduce ourselves

We are guests in your home. As guests, we always remember our manners and make you feel comfortable in your own space. You will always know who is in your home and what our plan is for that day. 

  • We will always protect your home

Floors, doors and furniture will always be protected and we clean up each day after ourselves to minimise disruption. 

  • We remove all waste

At the end of the project and we will do a thorough clean of our working areas. You would never have known we were there, if it wasn’t for your glistening news kitchen or bathroom. 

5 - Quality 

  • We only work with quality materials

This allows us to offer such a long guarantee. There are too many showrooms filled with cheap materials and poorly constructed fittings. We will offer you free advice during our meetings and advise you where your money will be best spent. We take control of this so that we can check your deliveries and make sure there are no missing pieces which have been lost in the assembly line in a factory somewhere. This ensures that the installation process runs well and there are no unexpected delays. We will also check for damages.

  • The drive for quality

We intentionally limit flashy overheads and unnecessary add-ons so that all the quality goes into your finished product. We do not have to cut corners or supply sub-quality materials to budget for a flashy showroom filled with employees. We are selective of our jobs and we keep our team intentionally small so as to ensure everyone is not spread too thin and has a vested interest in the success of your project, our customer relationships and the continuing success of our own business. We will give you our whole and undivided attention; that is a promise. Our attention and priorities are where they should be: one-hundred percent on our customers.

Sure its nice to visit a showroom. It’s amazing to see your materials first hand before buying them and see how they look. We get this. However rarely will colours look the same in your individual bathroom given the differences in lighting. Instead what we believe is offering our customers various styles and emerging technologies as trends emerge yearly and keeping up with the times. Showrooms would be in a constant and ever emerging stage of on-going construction which is not practical for customer visits. So designs stay the same and bland and generic. What are you left with? A bathroom like everyone else’s. Lots of our suppliers can send various samples which we can use to check colours in your home from natural light. Also suppliers which are reasonably local can be visited. Much of our materials are imported from manufacturers in Italy and other parts of Europe. We will always design lighting too to accommodate the feel of the individual space.

Our process

  1. First point of contact

Before our initial consultation, please use our contact form on our CONTACT page. Here you can outline and detail the work which needs done. You will be sent a template of prompts and you can also supply us with photos and let us know if you have any styles or requirements in mind. This allows us to be prepared with the correct literature of styles and fittings to show you at our initial meeting and helps us ask the right questions to get the most from your design. Not sure what you want? No problem, we will have lots of suggestions for you and remember, an extra part of our service are design recommendations for style and function. Alternatively if you would like to call us for a chat or if you have any questions or need information, just send us an email or message us. If you would like regular information on kitchen and bathroom styles, technology, architecture and limited time offers; you can sign up to our regular blog. We will then set up a date and time for your home visit.

2. First meeting

During our initial consultation, we will discuss thoroughly and record your key requirements. With your permission, photographs and measurements will be taken and you will be shown various styles of design and options of what your various positioning options are and how we can fully maximise utility and space. We will thoroughly discuss options of materials, fixtures and features which will be included in the design. Shortly after this an estimate will be sent to you and if agreed upon and deposit paid via our website . We will prepare your order for materials delivery and proceed to agreeing on a date for work to commence.

3. Further meetings

After our initial conversation, a CAD 3D render of your specific project will be drafted and delivered to you at a second meeting for your approval where you can feel free to add notes. We are confident that you will be overjoyed with what our designers produce, however where (if any) the design could be improved to fit you better, we will redraft the design until we get it perfect; - every time. With strong and clear communication and regular catch-ups and conversations in between, we will have the finalisation of your design and specifics of the job documented so you will be in full understanding of exactly what you can expect from us down to the smallest of details. You will have these all specified and a copy of your 3D render, along with our contract, all for your reference.

4. We love our homes too

Our homes are personal spaces where our families can feel safe and comfortable. During the installation process, respect for your home is paramount and non-negotiable. We will thoroughly protect your floors, doors and furniture. We are a friendly team and respect of our customers and their homes is as important to us as our excellent standards of installation. We will clearly explain what the plan for the day and week ahead is and as always, if you have any questions or queries, just ask. During the installation process you will be given our 24/7 number so you can always get a hold of someone. Your post-work report will then be delivered and explained to you about the processes along with all the photos of your individual project.
